Joe and Kelly are the best!!! They handled the sale of our townhouse with professionalism and an attitude of total service. We trust them completely. Kelly made the selling of our house stress free from beginning to end. She has a very relaxed, nonjudgmental, patient demeaner. She was enthusiastic and encouraging throughout the entire process. She listened to us, made suggestions on what we could do to make our house more appealing and found the right people to complete the updates without costing us a fortune. She made frequent check-ins, was very responsive and present the whole time. We had a three week closing and Kelly made it happen seamlessly, without adding any any extra work for us.
When the time came for us to pack up and move out she went above and beyond; helping us sell extra items that we no longer needed.
I can't recommend Kelly and the Kehrig team enough. Selling a home that we created years of memories in could have been very taxing, but with Kelly by our side it was effortless.

Working with Kelly on buying our house was amazing. She made a very stressful situation easy. She walked through each step and made sure everything was explained well. When a house came on the market, Kelly made sure to be available to show it and we never felt like it was an inconvenience to go look at another house. When we finally found our house, Kelly did a full market analysis to make sure we were at the right price (which was less than what we thought) and she sold it and made it happen. I cannot stress the importance of a good agent enough and Kelly is amazing! We couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much!
