I have bought and sold many homes and The Jensen Group was head and shoulders above all others. Before we moved to Chico, Hobie was in constant contact and was checking on us and offering options. I rented a studio from Hobie and Stephanie, and they were everything you could ask for in landlords: quick to respond, quick to address maintenance, and overall really nice people. They fully furnished the studio with everything I needed, even supplying me with trash bags, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and other household items so I didn’t need to do a huge Target run the second I moved to Chico.
