They held our hands to sell our home which was a new and first time experience for us. We had stipulations and were anxious to make sure it sold before our new construction was complete. We received handheld communication on every single step of the process from photography, ideas on how to stage home to talking pricing and expectations with showings. I am all about communication which is key for us and they OVER DELIVERED. Jay Patel and his team go above and beyond. He knows real estate and the market and will ensure the sale is seamless for you too!

The Buy of New Build
Some don’t think you need a realtor to buy a new build, but let me confirm YOU DO! You want Jay and Terra throughout the buying process. Having them help to coordinate our 2 3rd party inspections before closing and putting pressure on the construction manager when appropriate to help back us as the buyer were critical. They once again made the process seamless.

You cannot go wrong with Jay Patel Group for all your real estate needs for buying or selling! If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!
