We spent around 5 hours gathering all the supplies we needed for a home renovation, everyone we dealt with was super helpful but Renn was an THE MAN!! He helped us with all our flooring, gave us tips and showed us exactly what we needed. I'm a little bummed to find out that the person that rang us up got the credit...maybe that can be fixed He went above and beyond, but really the whole crew was great! We appreciated all the help!

Every item in the store is dented or damaged or open box. Make sure to get your cart from outside before going in. Then, be ready to scan a QR code if you need one of the 10 employees walking around to unlock the cages everything is in. Then, your item will be locked up front until you're ready to check out. Clogged isles of online orders or unstocked items. If you ask where something is, you'll have to wait for an employee to look it up on the app. After that, check yourself out or wait for the senior citizen or teenager to ring you up and try to sign you up for a credit card.

if you know what you want and can pull off a shelf, then its a decent store.
if you have to order ANYTHING!!!!!! then go to Grants Pass. They actually have people in departments who can be talked to.
I was at Crescent City at 5:00 PM on 2/11, to order $3000 worth of custom sized doors. Waited 30 minutes after walking all isles asking if there were any home depot employess who could help me or call for someone. I eventually went to check out to request they call someone. I got crickets.
I have spent close to $40,000 the last 12 months at Home Depot stores, maybe 10 per cent in Crescent City. Its a shame that I have to drive 2 hours to order items.

If Grants Pass doesnt have it, they will find it at other stores for you.

Rarely have carpet. Wont order enough. I spend 60-80 k a month at home depots and this store has caused more wasted time and costs me money to have guys drive 3 hours roundtrip to get carpet in Roseburg for crescent city!!! Mismanaged store, poor inventory control , been told about it for months- will not fix the problem. Other flooring like LVP water- proof out of stock. We have construction going on all over town and this store doesn’t get it. Needs new management and inventory control. Worst I ve seen in terms of inventory control- people are nice but PRODUCT is why we are in the store!

It’s hard to shop here when so many things are locked up and you cannot find an employee to unlock the items. It’s also a shame many things are 3X the price compared with Amazon.

I always enjoy visiting this Home Depot rather than the one in my local town. The paint gal " Kitty" is super friendly and so very helpful. Whenever I need to get paint I always ask for her!!! The garden section is my next favorite crew and spot. Always helpful and happy. Thank you CC HomeDepot.
