We enjoyed working with Vashon as he helped us buy our new home and sell our existing home. He had great knowledge of the local market and even sold our home for more than the asking price. We considered Vashon to be the perfect real estate agent as he was never pushy but always available to help and answer questions as needed. Vashon is the best!!! My mom and I were first home buyers and we were specific with the type of home we wanted. We initially was dealing with another agent and became very fustrated because the agent was showing us homes that didn't match our wants or needs. Vashon took over and we found the perfect house! Vashon was patient, answered every question and made sure we had complete understanding of all transactions. He also made sure all transactions were fare and in our favor. Vashon was professional, honest, and made himself available when we needed him. If a friend or a friend of a friend is looking to buy or sell a house. Vashon is the person I highly recommend.

My experience with Vashon Hargrove was more than I could have hoped for. He found me the perfect house in a wonderful community at a good cost. He guided me through the buying process and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He always kept me updated on any changes that may have occurred during the transition. Vashon did an awesome job in helping me to find a home of my satisfaction in a safe, close knit community. I relocated from North Carolina to Maryland and did not have much knowledge about the area, but Vashon was eager to assist and always made himself available to answer all of my questions. Vashon is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business and always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. He has even assisted me with referrals to contractors, insurance agents, etc. since purchasing my home. Amid a life change, I stumbled upon Vashon. He introduced himself as a real estate agent that turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
