From beginning to the end, John and The Grey Barn team were excellent to work with for my backyard / outdoor kitchen project. I truly appreciated John's consultative approach, especially in areas of the project where I had no firm idea of exactly what I wanted to do. It's clear that they have a ton of experience with this type of project. I found them to be very responsive and communicative to my questions and requests as the project went along. I would highly recommend them for big landscaping projects based on their experience as well as their responsiveness and timely communication.

We’ve used The Grey Barn twice now and continue to be pleased with the experience and the results. John and his team are great people and they work hard to please their customers. The entire process from the initial visit, to receiving the plans, to installation was smooth, timely and high quality. But I appreciate the smaller, more human aspects where the crew that was installing the landscaping led by Junior, allowed my two young boys (who were very interested in the work they were doing) to be around them and ask them questions as they worked and they did it with a smile. It meant a lot to my boys and it meant a lot to me and my wife. Great company. Great people. Great results. Highly recommend The Grey Barn.

John and his crew did an amazing job on my outdoor kitchen and “living room” area. John came out and listened to what I was trying to get from the space and brought back a design that accomplished exactly what I had wanted. They were responsive and professional and I could not recommend The Grey Barn enough. If you want your project to look great and be sure of the craftsmanship, then you want The Grey Barn!

I am very pleased with the transformation John’s team did in our back yard. As with all projects, there was some back and forth to get all the details worked out, but in the end, our yard went from an unusable mess to the perfect space to relax and watch our kids play and enjoy the outdoors. We hired The Grey Barn for a significant project to complete our backyard after putting in a pool. We needed high level consulting on ideas and plans. John and team delivered above expectations. From the native stone firepit and unique seat wall, to complicated drainage needs along the way, they gave us what we had in mind and more. We needed premium landscaping and The Grey Barn delivered! John and his entire staff were great. John was available to meet and talk through any design and installation questions that my wife and I had during the entire project. The 3D printouts of the design gave us a great visual of what our backyard would soon look like. Install time was right on schedule and the follow up has been great. The crews were very respectful and easy to work with.
