Dear Tom,
I am incredibly grateful for your invaluable advice, knowledge of neighborhoods, and your persistence in helping me find just the right home. Additionally, I sincerely appreciate your patience with all my questions and your good humor in accommodating my unique home needs

Being new to this area, I felt a bit overwhelmed, but you always took extra steps to ensure things were easy on my end. And I well know Tom, that finding my perfect place took longer than usual, but much to your credit you never complained.

Instead, you always remained upbeat, reassuring, and eager to move forward with my house search. When my home finally showed up, thanks to your strong skills of persuasion, you successfully negotiated an attractive contract deal which worked well for me and, more importantly--in this hot market--your expediency placed me in first position ahead of two other offers--YAY!

When it came time to navigate through the complex buying process, you, Erika, and the skilled agents at Empire Title Agency, all took extra care to ensure that the many steps were easily understood and manageable on my end. I have so much gratitude for the strong work ethic at every level of this process.

Lastly Tom, your warmth, honesty, and personal attention to my needs as a home buyer felt more like the behavior of a friend than a realtor. All of these traits, and more, confirmed I was in good hands and is why I will enthusiastically refer you to others who are seeking an exemplary realtor!

THANKS to you, I now live in "my perfect house" on a gorgeous property in a friendly and safe neighborhood--it's all still so exhilarating!

Tom and Erika did a fantastic job of selling our house in the Verde Sante Fe subdivision off of Cornville Rd in Cornville. They always acted professionally and with our best interests in mind. Erika did a great job of providing us the documents to sign on-line and answering all our questions so that we were comfortable signing them. They always returned our calls and answered all our questions (and we had lots of them) and were very patient with us. When we got an offer, they gave us great advice and when the inspection revealed some concerns, Tom had all the contacts to address and resolve the issues.
