When we decided to sell our house of 39 years, we contacted Frank May to help us with this life changing event. We first met Frank several years earlier when he helped our son buy his first home and never forgot how helpful and patient he was. Frank sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. While our house was on the market, his team member, Christine Nelson helped us find our new dream home. Frank and his team were phenomenal. This was the second home Frank May and his Team helped us buy in the last 15 years. As soon as our remodle is complete on the New Home, our current home will also be the 2nd home Frank & Team will have helped us sell .

My family and I had an amazing experience with the Frank May Team. I don’t use the term amazing loosely, My husband and and I had a business opportunity on the east coast. But we needed to jump immediately. We have a family of 4. Mom, Dad and twin 9 year old boys. My husband and I had used the same agent for the purchase of our first house, the sale of that house and then the purchase of our current house. 10 years later we found ourselves in a predicament. We need to sell quickly, but for as much as we can because we have this business that we want to buy back east. My best friend had just had the Frank May Team sell her house within her timeline and for what she wanted so she recommended him. Then she called him and gave him my info and he called me within a few minutes. We went through the timeline, I answered a few questions and we made an appointment for that Friday. My husband had made appointments for Thursday with other companies. I wasn’t there for the walk through but when I got home they were still there. I looked through their paperwork and asked a bunch of questions and wasn’t thrilled. When Frank came, he came prepared with actual realistic comps of the area, how he could/would show our home’s potential and how he and his team would follow through.. It really gives you an idea of what your house could be sold for. Within 2 weeks he had an open house for us.
We had Ring cameras so we saw all of the traffic and were thrilled at the outcome! After that first open weekend we got 3 offers. Although they were all really good. 1 was exactly what we wanted. I called my friend and said, “do you remember how you said that Frank sold your home for what you asked and he sold it quickly? He’s 2/2. He just did the same”! My friend laughed and said, I wouldn’t expect anything less!
I share this story, as long as it is, because I feel like Franks team puts family and caring into real estate. He and his team work fluidly and effortlessly. If you have questions, you can ask anyone and get answer swiftly. I can’t say enough great things about the Frank May Team. I wish they had a branch on the East Coast. We were referred to Frank by our realtor in Flagstaff. We were looking for a home for our daughter who is attending school in Phoenix. Being from Flagstaff we were unfamiliar with a lot of the areas, Frank was very open about us looking in safe neighborhoods.
