I am telling all my friends who are looking for a top notch, professional Real Estate agent with a strong office back up staff to strongly consider Matt Evans and the Evans Team at Summit Reality in Utah County and beyond.
Although selling our extremely unique home took a little longer than we hoped and brought a little less money that the Evans Team felt it might, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
Matt Evans and his office team was there every step of the way.
They knew when to mentor, when to advise and when to bite their tongues. They allowed me to be in charge, but didn't hesitate to counsel and suggest when needed.
Without hesitancy, I would recommend them, especially for houses that are going to sell for $1,500,000 or more. Of course,
they are willing to help for lower priced homes, but higher priced homes are really their niche.
I do not believe using a friend or relative to do the listing aspect of selling a home is wise, not when the Evans Team of Summit Reality is available for the same price.
Five stars isn't enough to show my respect and appreciation.

Matt and his team do the best job! Honest, Dependable, Accurate, and go the distance. 9 Years ago when I bought a lot to build on, the seller had some confusion on the contract terms. Matt made sure the seller understood the contract by getting some expert advise from an contract attorney. The seller came to understand and we closed on the lot! If Matt hadn't been there the seller may have pulled the contract incorrectly. Thanks Matt and Team!

I bought my first home with The Evans Team in 2016. They made the entire process easy and straightforward. It was a brand new build and Matt and Dan helped me through every inspection snd appointment. My favorite was Dan helping “blue tape” any item that needed repair.
