The only one person in there will be helping any resident or outsiders is Elena, she is the manager but now she was in a long period leave and No other persons from the leasing office is responding properly to anyone.

When Elena was in the office, she sent everyone all the reminders or any information But now when the elevators are not working in the building they didn’t even sent the mail.

Many people are coming for the home tour and waiting in front of the leasing office and no one will respond to them and they’re mad and leaving.

Pool and spa will mostly always be under maintenance. And they don’t even clean the walkway floors. As living for 1year in apartment I saw them cleaning only once.

BEWARE OF PARKING SCAM!!!

Apartment is good, amentities are maintained ok with pool dirty always, shower rooms in construction

PARKING IS A SCAM, they have multilevel parking with 7 floors of parking. They say you will get parking on any of the floors during the leasing tour, but that is not the case. EACH UNIT HAS FIXED PARKING SPOT, but they do not let us know about this until you pay the deposit (800$) and you will see your parking spots only after you get the lease document, by that time you wont get back your deposit.

We moved into 4th floor apartment with both of our parking spots on the fifth floor (8 speed bumps and turns to reach there), when we requested to shift one of the spots to a lower level due to medical conditions they were strong with NO, they mentioned they don't consider these requests even for pregnant people, and advise us to get disabled stickers from hospital and park temporarily at one or two available disable spots on the lower level

If they have a policy of fixed parking spot for each unit, they should mention it during the leasing tour, but they deliberately hide it and do not let us know about it.

There is no consideration to break the lease, we have to pay the 2 month penalty and the concessions would be taken off.

We have no other option until end of the lease to move of this place

Get ready to lose your deposit and pay more than $1200 as move out charges. Except Elena , leasing team is not at all helpful. They don’t have cameras at many locations. My parcel was lost and no one cares. Leasing office say they don’t have time to investigate. This was the most horrible decision made by me to move in. If you are reading this message , do not fall in trap..there are many good apartments to stay in Milpitas. Maintenance guy is always unavailable, but always available to charge you for normal wear and tear. I seriously doubt their move out process.

Painful move out experience! Do not expect to get any deposit back no matter how well you maintain the apartment and how well you clear the apartment before the move out. In fact, expect to get charged further more during the move out with random additional charges.

We stayed in 5th floor, problem was the parking. It was on 6th floor and its had 10 to 15 speed bumps to get to 6th floor parking. Our apartment was right next to bart and train sounds was horrible. Once you plan to
Move out there are tons of fees they add up and you have to pay out of pocket after deposit.

My mom has been staying in the Edge since 2019.
We love all the staff and this apartment. I also want to thank the property manager Elena for being very helpful and kind. Whenever we have problems and issues, she would always be there to help. I really appreciate her spending the extra time and effort to help us. Thank you Elena!!
