Our whole experience with the Lofts at Front Street has been awesome. When I was apartment hunting, I stumbled across the Lofts and had a great experience with my tour. The apartments were beautiful, had tons of storage, amazing water views and not far from downtown. Also, Ricky and his staff were so welcoming and understanding of my situation, as I was moving both me and my boyfriend in while he was deployed. Once we were moved in the whole front office continued to treat us like family, I’ve never lived at an apartment complex where they call you by name every time they see you. And most importantly, as a long time renter, they are very quick with maintenance repairs! I can’t say enough good things about my time so far.

Terrible property management company. Paid my rent late one time and they exaggerated my rent amount saying it was $700 more that I paid monthly. Lied. Took me to court then the case was dismissed because they discovered I never paid $1900 for rent. They fabricated it and couldn't prove their lies, knowing my rent they received every month was $1200. Then after being the owners for less than 5 months they disappeared and did not let the tenants know that they sold the property. Scammers.

Great that after weeks it got cleaned up, but here we are 2 days later. When they cleaned it up they left a full dumpster...
With the wind there is trash up and down the road....
Now a random car with expired tags gets dropped off to live with all of the other inoperable vehicles....

I have been a resident at the the Brenden Company for a year and some change the last 3 months my toilet hasn’t been working at all I was told multiple times that it was going to be fixed and someone was coming out and then they just wouldn’t reach out to me and follow up and maintenance was never found and they are short staffed. Which is understandable but after 3 months I’ve been very patient Tony was great he fixed my toilet when he came with the problem of the toilet continuously running but the toilet is mainly having an issue with flushing. I was given the corporate number and the person at the front desk wasn’t rude but they were very short didn’t give me a chance to really speak and just transferred me over to what I thought was going to be the right person to speak to and then it just sent me straight to voicemail this whole situation has been a pain over 1 toilet and because they are short staffed y’all need to do better.

Not many can mastered this skill in this type of field, so keep up the great work. This makes her a valuable asset to The Breeden Company and a Top Notch in my list!!!!!

Reached out multiple times for a gap to be fixed under my front door at reflections apartments in Virginia Beach, started requesting this in October. In has lead to a roach infestation in my apartment due to improper cleaning under fridge and behind the stove and neighbors leaving trash out side of there doors. In pictures below are just some of the things that I have learned to live with but no one should have to deal with roaches I’ve talked to the office multiple times and reach out to Breeden Company multiple times to be contacted. Doors were also broken and screens were missing at move in and have never been addressed. There’s exposed wires where a junction box should be running the Ac unit. This is by far my worst experience renting with anyone I’ve ever had. All anyone does is pass blame back and forth from office to maintenance.. it took a month and a half to get a toilet properly fixed from rocking back and forth over an inch in each direction. I even had to replace the back door handle at move in because it would not lock and maintenance at that time said it would take a week to get parts to fix , I went to Lowe’s and got a handle the same day. I am to the point where I want people to know publicly about what they might expect moving into The Reflections Apartments in Virginia Beach.

I had a wonderful all most 4 years. Truly a great and feel at home!! I would tell any one if you want a great place to live RedKnot is the place!! I would first like to point out the outstanding customer service we receive from the office staff (Anneshah, Heather, Trinity) they have always been nice, helpful, respectful and professional. They always respond in a timely manner to any questions or request we may have. The maintenance staff, very kind, professional, they provide quick and efficient service. Red Knot is in a pretty good location, great schools and walking distance to a lot of stores, fast food restaurants and cinema cafe. You have your normal apartment life issues like any other apartment (parking, thin walls) but overall the neighborhood feels safe and quiet.
