This group deals in bad faith! Specifically Sumer Brandon, she will “help” get you what you need until it comes down to things she has promised you. Everything always comes down to personal gain and in this case, it was money that was taken after being assured back to the consumer. When asked over the course of more than a month of being ignored, she responded that she would be sending check out by the end of the week and then said to call her regarding it and ignored all calls, all texts, and any messages that were sent. Stealing money from clients is something that needs to be reported on a higher level and should be documented to that it does not happen to any other unknowing victims of the Brandon group.

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses, with a variety of different realtors in different areas. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.

Throughout the past several months, Sumer Brandon has been there every step of the way. She has answered every call/text timely. When it comes to a real estate agency, the Brandon Group is as good as they get! We have worked with several realtors in the NWA area over the last 11 years and Beth with the Brandon Group is by far our favorite of any we have worked with.
