Everything about the experience working with Erika Key from the beginning of the process to the final sale was seamless. Two years prior to listing, Erika met with us several times throughout the preparation to guide us through the process of showing the house. Most of his tough negotiations are done behind the scenes, but don't fret, he is working hard to get you the best deal possible. He understands people and can read a situation with precise accuracy and then in an instant, know just what is needed to move things in the direction that will benefit his client. Mike is friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable. He managed our open house like he was hosting a friendly mixer. That day ended with 28 prospective buyer and multiple offers. He also managed to negotiate free rent-back for us, saving us big bucks. His negotiation skills and friendly demeanor got us thousands of dollars above our asking price. He is honest and will give his professional advice about your situation so that you aren't given false hope. He's a great dresser too.

We also loved Heather. She came to our home with her sweet little boy. She took lots of photos of our house and gave us excellent advice on how to stage our home to make a strong impression.
