We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the facility! The building is beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding. I was contacted several days before our event to discuss our needs and preferences, so everything was already set up when we arrived—no need to arrange tables or chairs. The space was spotless and perfectly prepared. After our event, all we had to do was a quick cleanup before heading out. It truly was an amazing experience and the perfect venue for gathering with family and friends for any occasion!

We rented The Bldg 178 for a family birthday party on a Sunday afternoon. We all enjoyed our time together, the adults were able to visit while the kids loved the play room.
The owners prepared all of the tables and chairs before we arrived as well as took them down after. They also very generously gave us 30 minutes before the party to set up and 30 minutes after the party to clean up for free!
The building is such a wonderful asset to our community and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Seriously the cutest place, very good price and nicest people! used it for my baby gender reveal and will be using it for my baby shower! im sure ill use it for future birthdays/parties/ect! LOVE LOVE!

Cleo is incredible! Her therapeutic massage is amazing and very healing. Her techniques, knowledge and years of practice is just what my body needed 🙂 Cleo is very professional and attentive. The facility/massage room is calming, comfortable, clean and private. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Cleo - you are MAGIC! I will definitely be back!

Our family has been to The Building for several family functions. When Kaylee and Jake got married, we had a lovely reception there. The Building had plenty of room for eating, dancing, and just hanging out with family and friends.
We have also had several Christmas parties at this location. Christmas trees with presents, and lots of great food made the parties extra festive.
If you need a large space for a gathering, you will be very satisfied you booked The Building.

I don’t quite know where to begin in praise of the wonderful time we had at The Bldg 178 for my surprise birthday party. I had never been inside before and seen the redo on the building. There’s a nice lighted alcove for group pictures, a good sized area for dancing, and a perfect spot for a band or other musical group. There were lots of tables and chairs and birthday party decorations. The food was delicious, and the venue was nice enough to prepare special recipes. The kitchen was well-appointed. It was a delightful evening with family and friends, and we can’t thank the staff enough for their care, kindness, cooking, serving and cleanup! We would highly recommend The Building 178 on Main Street in Gunnison for any of your special events! Loy Deskins

Cleo, massage therapist, is fantastic! She really knows what she is doing and gives a great therapeutic massage! I will definitely use this facility and book more massagers with her.
