Farzan took our simple idea of adding a bedroom to the main floor and transformed it to a graceful and airy living room and a self-contained suite. He choreographed at times up to 5 teams to complete the project on a tight timeline.

Along the way, he also replaced at '70s brick hearth with a beautiful black granite fireplace - something that many contractors said just could not be done!!

Farzan also converted two bathrooms original to the house into bright spaces filled with light that are a delight to be in.

We loved his attention to detial as much as the creative design ideas.
