Wonderful work by wonderful people; Collin Steele & crew! Our crawl space was insulated & sealed, a sump pump & dehumidifier installed, and posts were placed in multiple areas to support and level our house.
Our old insulation that was falling down and our previous floor covering that was covered in mold was removed and disposed of as well. All in 3 1/2 days.
Can't wait to see the electricity bill decrease!

We selected the Basement Doctor because they use the most highly rated system on the market for dealing with water leaks. We were very impressed with the people at BD. Joey Bailey came to the house to explain the system and price it for us. When we discovered that we needed to expand our coverage after a big rainfall, we emailed him and he showed up the same day —a Sunday — to revise the plan and the contract. The team that did the work was absolutely top notch! Collin Steele was the lead and he kept us informed and directed a very competent and efficient team. They showed up at 8:30 and left at 4:30 after a big job. They were courteous throughout and they left the house in great shape. Finally, throughout the scheduling of the work, the women in the office kept us informed, sending us timely reminders. They were also always a pleasure to talk with when we needed to call. Now we need some big storms to test the work, but we are confident that we are all set.

My home has a sunroom that was installed on a deck many years ago. Recently I discovered the sunroom window frame had shifted and the frame had a gap that was open to the outside, plus the sunroom was starting to pull away from the house. To fix the foundation issue Basement Doctor of Lexington KY installed a steel support beam under the deck with three super jacks. The gap closed and the sunroom foundation is now secure. Collin Steele, foreman, with Ivan Gonzalez and Omar Gonzalez did an excellent job on a project that other companies said was beyond their ability to fix. The men were courteous, professional, and provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend this crew /company.

I called Drew & he came out & did an inspection & gave me a quote on repairs to my foundation & waterproofing my basement. The quote was more than fair. When Josh & Seth came out to do the work, they realized the piers wouldn't be feasible so they switch to support beams inside at no additional cost to me. Josh & Seth did a great job & were super nice & polite! If you need any basement or foundation work, give them a call!!!
