ALL THIS MONEY THEY CHARGE FOR THESE LITTLE UNITS IS CRAZY THE WASHER AND DRYER UNITS ARE OLD AND OUTDATED
STANINS ON APPLIANCES THAT WONT COME OFF
AS SOON AS YOU OPENED THE UNIT DOOR ITS A WALL WHERE THE KITCHEN IS JUST NAKES THE UNIT LOOK OLD

SADDLEBROOK OVER CHARGES FOR OLD OUTDATED UNITS WITH ROACHES

THEY HAVE ROACH PROBLEMS DUE TO OLD PIPING AND OLD CONSTRUCTION
EVEN THEW NEW UNITS ONLY HAVE A DIFFERENT COLOR KITCHEN BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS OUTDATED
HOW THEY REDO KITCHENS BUT STILL HAVE ROACHES

Carlos and Jessica are amazing in the leasing office - great communication, access to information, and quick response time. Mark and Pat on the maintenance team are also great and do some of the fastest maintenance work I’ve seen: So far a good place to live - great people working here.

Some reviews you see are bad... but really look because the bad review of a certain maintenance man is solely because the Tennant breached the contract and you can see not one single bad review all positive on here for that certain tech. They can't weed out the trash and they give the place a bad look. I've been here for 4 years and I've never had an issue or heard of anyone on property (I talk to a ton of my neighbors) having an issue with any of the maintenance men. Mark is wonderful, kind and very attentive never has he made me or anyone I've spoken to uncomfortable in any way.

Just moved in, grateful to have a home, but this place was so misleading. They charge so much, and charge a $15 trash fee each month that they don't mention until it's time to sign the lease. What are we evening paying the $15 for because we are required to take our trash out ourselves? The last MD apartment I lived in, they charged $15 a month for trash but they came to your door and took out your trash for you, not here. You pay them $15 a month to take the trash out yourself. I'm sure they'll say the charge is for the cost of the dumpsters, which is asinine. I just don't appreciate being nickeled and dimed for no reason. Also, three days into living here I found a cockroach in my kitchen cabinet. I have never had bug issues before so naturally I was horrified. I just moved from a basement apartment where I NEVER had bug issues, then I move to Saddle Brooke into a 3rd floor apartment and day 3 I find a cockroach, disgusting and disappointing.

I will say, Jessica from the leasing office is absolutely lovely and answered all my questions and is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars at this point. She deserves a raise.

Maintenance is usually fast and on point. I’ve rented out two units. The first was disgusting and crawling with cockroaches and the exterminator did little to nothing about the problem. The one I’m currently at has no issues so far. Very thin ceilings and can hear everything going on upstairs. Also all utilities are your responsibility even the water bill and a $15 a month garbage fee which I’ve never paid for any other apartment.

This is simply a review for maintenance. Charlie is OUTSTANDING! He is personable, quick and efficient. Everytime he comes into our home to fix something, we know for sure he’s gonna get the job done. Thank you Charlie O!!!!

Worst apartment complex ever. I’ve had constant problems since leasing. There are cockroaches everywhere. The stairs are broken and unsafe. I can’t open one of my kitchen cabinet drawers because the stove blocks it. There is a constant gas/paint smell in the apartment that is hard to get rid of. Stay away from this horrible place.

There's a lot that can be said negative about the area and the residents. They tend to be trashy, from throwing garbage, glass, and raw chicken on the ground to leaving trash outside the entrance. The property management group, in my eyes, is operating completely hands off and not in any way enforcing points on policy for people who don't clean up after themselves. There is no less than 30 piles of dog poop as soon as you walk out the door - which is very trying with a puppy who initially tried to eat it, and doubly so when you need to walk in the grass. I've found myself screaming at the residents (indirectly) at least once a day each time I need to pick my dog up because it's not safe for her to walk.

With that said, the maintenance team is on point. I've had to call them several times now, and each time they resolve the issues same day, typically early in the morning. I can't speak higher praise about them.
