They broke into my apartment 2015 so they could renovate the apartment next to mine. Lost my cat...as well forgetting to plug the drains in the apartment above while renovating it. Do to it not being plugged, water drained into my apartment while cooking food. Very manipulative, and if they don't get their way, they will come into your apartment without notice. In 2017 they Aeron Haga walked to my apartment. Luckily, my girlfriend at the time was there. When I confronted him on it, he said he could, and it was in the lease to do so. READ YOUR LEASE FULLY.... these are not good people

Ambrose began managing the apartment I lived in when ownership changed. They repeatedly did not provide notice of entry, did not provide required trash removal (3-unit property), tried to kick us out mid-month with no demonstrated legal basis, cut out telephone line internet access with no warning leaving us to pay a useless ISP contract, and generally treated us like a nuisance and a problem. We had always payed rent in full and took excellent care of the apartment. I would avoid them if at all possible. Also, Haaga (see review below) is the last name of one of their brokers.

These guys are crooks. They are yet to pay me my $600 of deposit and prorated rent. I left four months into my 12 month contract, because in november, december, and january, they DELETED MY AUTOPAY to be taken out on the 1st, then they charged me the $65 late fee along with the $30 late fee eviction notice. I CAUGHT THEM AND FOUGHT WITH THEM ALL THREE TIMES. LUCKILY, i found someone to take over my lease and I got the hell out of there. From my last month being there, they owe me $600 between my deposit BECAUSE I LEFT IT SPOTLESS and my prorated rent. They told me they would get it to me three weeks ago. I called them several (them being annoyed that I called) times, and it turns out they cut me a check for $190 !!!!! Not only did they do that, but they mailed it to THE APARTMENT THAT I MOVED OUT OF. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I do not know a single person who lives there who does not feel like it is a scam
