Jeff Thatcher (Thatcher Construction) is Top Notch! He managed our project to build a new ADU, replace a garage, and add a new pantry and laundry room. We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome! He has a sharp attention to detail, and a keen eye for design (his recommendations were invaluable and really enhanced the design). Jeff was a pleasure to work with! I'm an interior designer and he beautifully executed my design of a full remodel in Oak View including a new kitchen with revised layout, 3 updated bathrooms, as well as new floors throughout (which also involved leveling the first floor).
