Using TGP made being a first time home buyer a lot easier than expected. We enjoyed our conversations/interactions with both Deanna (realtor) and Blake(broker). Each and every interaction felt stress free and very informative, all elements were handled quickly and efficiently. All my questions were answered and I feel like I am still able to contact the team if I continue to have any questions. The service they provided felt top tier and I never felt like my voice went unheard. Words truly aren’t enough to describe how much of a blessing Deanna has been to me during the purchase of my new home. There are good realtors and then there’s Deanna! Deanna is not just a ray of sunshine, but she is also an outstanding realtor. She clearly had my best interest at heart. With the high interest rates, she helped me find a great lender. Without me even asking, she proactively talked with my builders to see if they could still give me the seller’s incentive even though I wasn’t using their lender. She sat with me (day and night) to go through the tons of documents before I signed them. Deanna checked in regularly to ensure I understood the process and I was satisfied! She offered to help even in areas beyond her scope as a realtor. Most importantly, she did ALL of these with so much love in her heart and a contagious great personality! Devon is amazing, she has such a good energy and helped us find our dream home! She is patient, caring and professional! Buying a home is a stressful process and finding your dream home is not easy.
