I searched for a realtor for about a month and I'm greatful I waited until Teresa. Not only did she understand the market better then any of her competitors, she was able to guide me on what projects and tasks were required to maximize my home sale. During the entire process she was always there, loaning furniture, taking late night calls and even providing a wall to wall home cleaning.

I know if I had gone with other options it would either still be on the market or barely broke even.

Truly Teresa and Violeta looked out for ME when I was purchasing my home. They were honest about negotiations on what would get me in the home I wanted as soon as possible, and made the deal about ME the buyer.

They constantly communicated with me, and made sure my desires were met, they stayed on top of available houses in my budget as the arrived on the market. They did not push me into looking for things out of my budget. Also, they were just the most pleasent real estate agents I have ever had the opportunity to work with.

I've made three home purchases in three states (this being the third). My Spouse has purchased five homes now (this being the second in Utah). By far Teresa and Violeta with Better Homes and Gardens, partnered with UMortgage, and and Inwest Title in the Ogden/Layton/Clearfield greater area made this the most enjoyable home buying experince.

My brothers and I had a terrific experience with Teresa Aguilar selling our folks' old place. She was a consummate professional: talking us through the process, answering our questions, and wrangling all the paperwork. That last bit is no mean feat, when one brother lives out of state, and another lives out of the country! But Teresa took care of it all with a smile on her face.

She put in a bunch of work to sell the house, arranging cleaners and scheduling many open houses and other showings. What impressed me the most was how often Teresa went the extra mile, really treating the house like it was her own. For example, when the weather turned really cold this past winter, she stopped by the house to put the faucets on drip so that the pipes wouldn't freeze. I'm ashamed to admit it had slipped my mind, but fortunately, Teresa had my back.

An important factor in real-estate affairs is trust. And my brothers and I definitely trusted Teresa to do right by us. We got a great offer on the house, and the whole offering process, from signing documents to money in the bank, went as smoothly as could be.
