I have had such a great experience with Josh and the Telos team. Honestly, switching from renting with a corporate company to this family-like team has been so rewarding. They are always available when we need absolutely anything, they are super friendly, and they dont nickle and dime you! Basically they have turned my rental experience in LA to a postive one. I worked with Josh & Telos Properties on both the purchase of a property and the sale of a beautiful new construction project. Telos are everything you want in a developer - creating high end construction with attention to every detail. As a seller, Josh also ticked all the boxes, being very responsive when it came to communication, fair with the buyers and mostly importantly he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and they were happy. Not all developers are created equal and working with such a professional outfit made selling the property a breeze.
