Ken is by far the best realtor out there! He has helped my dad find several amazing homes and just helped my husband and I get into our dream home! I’ve known Ken for a long time and he is the nicest and most trustworthy guy! Ken goes above and beyond in being available at any hour of the day. We love Ken! He went above and beyond to help us find our house. We have unique needs but that didn't stop Ken. He kept looking..kept taking us on home tours...he kept on working for us. He wanted to ensure we would find the perfect house for us...and it showed. Once we finally found our house he was there every step of the way until signing. We are so grateful for Ken and all of his help! He did everything he could to ensure we landed the perfect home for us and our needs. He went above and beyond to help us search for our home. He took us on tours of many homes before we finally found the right fit for us. Once we found the right home he walked us through the process and stuck by our side to the end. I have purchased two homes now through Ken. To give insight on my experience in working with Ken, our first house was a 120 year old multiplex in a student housing zone near a university. With the age and wear on the house we were very nervous (not to mention going through the process of buying your first house). My wife and I were extremely impressed and felt incredibly taken care of as Ken hired out personal contractors and servicemen to give second and third opinions on a few items that we wanted to take into consideration during the due diligence portion of the process. Ken did a fantastic job of not only explaining the situation to us as we were new to it all but helping us understand a variety of options we could choose from moving forward and their pros/cons. To have someone you like to work with is one thing but to work with someone who you know will have your back in every step of the way even to hiring professionals out of their own pocket for 3rd opinions is something entirely different. Loved working with Ken on both houses and would highly recommend!

We were very happy to work with Ken. He was always extremely responsive, bent over backwards to ensure that we saw every house we wanted to and had all of the information that we needed to make informed decisions about each home. Ken really knows his stuff! His recommendations were spot on. I wanted to offer more money and he told me to hold back. They accepted our offer and Ken saved me a couple thousand dollars! Just tell him what you're looking for and he'll find you the perfect place. He helped me get into our new home about 2 months ago and helped my dad purchase a home only a couple weeks ago. I've already referred a cousin and friend to him over the past month because Ken is the kind of guy you want on your side, buying or selling!
