Wow, I don't even know how to put my outstanding customer service rating into words. From the initial phone conversation with Amanda-yes, she called me on a weekend- I felt warmly welcomed and received plenty of information about the real estate process in Tuscaloosa. As out of town buyer this was especially important to me. Our email communication was outstanding. I received information needed and very well explained to me before starting our real estate journey together. Team Olive is honest and outspoken, which is exactly what I was looking for. The online platform they had created for me helped to narrow down house showing options tremendously. I felt heard with my needs and interests and not run over by having houses shown to me over the budget I had set aside for this purchase. I got thankfully more than plenty of information about the area, the locals, and were connected with anybody needed for necessary home repairs, as well as an outstanding loan officer (First National Bank Amy Mims) The home inspection process was lead and managed by team Olive so that we did not feel too overwhelmed. Well, I had many inspections to say the least. They stayed in constant contact, engaged me in every little decision, lead negotiations with a very difficult seller and seller's real estate agent by constantly following up and pushing to get the best deal possible. We had lots of ups and downs due to the extremely challenging process to deal with the seller and their agent and without Team Olive we would never have bought our dream house. They even did the work for the seller's agent as well. If you want somebody who really listens, cares for your home happiness and helps you to get integrated into the community, go Team Olive!!! All the way!!! Always!
