We did a large scale pool project with smaller add on projects with TDH. TDH assisted with the pool design and built the fountain and boulder wall to help with grading issues. Every step of the projects, they listened and communicated well, they have followed up on plant replacement. The design and project mangement teams were great and their execution was thoughtful. We appreciate the care that their workers put into our landscaping. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TDH.

TDH did everything in the pictures minus the pool and fence. The patio/hard scape and landscape turned out great. Russ did have a hand in helping us design the pool and water feature.

TDH was recommend to us by our pool builder, and we could not have been more pleased.

My wife and I have design and construction backgrounds. From the initial meeting with Russ Irvin, it was clear that he was very knowledgeable, has a lot of experience with complex projects, and was genuinely a very easygoing person. We felt TDH was going to be the perfect complement to our team.

Our project was not a typical build, and it was the key reason why we were introduced to TDH. Despite our best pre-planning efforts, our design was not perfect. We faced some challenges. It was clear from the onset that TDH was here to work with us. They provided valued suggestions. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. They worked within our budget. As a customer, and especially as a customer with a construction background, I could not have asked for anything more.

I see production builds all too often, and unfortunately deficiencies in quality go hand in hand with production work. This wasn’t a production build, and TDH didn’t try to make it one. It was refreshing to see the same core crew here day in and day out. They didn’t subcontract out any work. They did everything with their own crews, and the quality shows.

I would not hesitate using TDH again, and I have already recommended them to several neighbors for their upcoming projects.

I contacted TDH on June 2nd to get a quote on a large project involving our backyard. They were responsive and set a date for July 11th. That evening I met with Darlene and was immediately disappointed. Darlene didn't make any attempt to walk through the yard to see the terrain that needs fixing. None. Instead, she spent the entire time telling me how there was no possible way she could give an estimate on ANY of the work, and telling me how I should pull weeds on the side of my house. Weeds that had nothing to do with the project at hand. She said we couldn't touch the project for under 10k - which I assured her we already knew - but that again it would really be difficult to figure out any numbers. When you send someone out for a quote on a job, that is quite literally THE JOB! Estimate the work to be done! I really think Darlene just knows plants (and weeds) and is not the landscape architect I assumed would be coming to look at the job. Needless to say I never received a quote, a follow up call, email, nada. I don't feel like our project mattered to TDH from the get go. Perhaps it's because it wasn't an obvious project on a main road where they could put their little signs? Or maybe they assumed we couldn't possibly pay the price. I have no idea since they couldn't be bothered to have a conversation.

We tried TDH for a few years.
We encountered reasonably good work.
However from the first project we had serious problems with follow ups, discussions and agreements not being completed, problems not being resolved. Unfortunately it became more of a problem, frustrating and even exasperating.
Eventually it got to the point we could no longer trust the people we were dealing with, too many lies and promises, unfulfilled agreements, complete resistance to problem solving and following through with their promises.
Issues with damage, billing, lack of and resistance to formal or written agreements when we asked for them and verbal agreements being disregarded we unfortunately felt compelled to terminate our service.
We did everything possible to make things work and gave every benefit of the doubt but they let us down, we felt manipulated.
We decided to move on to a more trustworthy company. We were not looking to get something for nothing, we only asked for what was agreed upon and promised.
These sort of business practices are likely company encouraged, so we terminated our relationship.

We opted to do business with TDH after seeing a sign in a neighbor's yard. Nathan came out and offered us his professional suggestions, a draft design of our project and in the process, answered every question we had and saw our formidable front and backyard project through from tip to tail. Our site supervisor, Bryant, and the contractors were all VERY professional and courteous.The craftsmanship of our walkways and patios is as precise as it is beautiful. The work is outlined by a beautiful black fence, all included in the project. This work has given our 1920's home a much needed facelift to show her beautiful and regal character.
We highly recommend this company to lead the work for your hardscaping and overall landscaping needs.

TDH did an amazing job with my landscaping. This was a huge undertaking as they had to start from scratch. They replaced the deck and wrap around porch; added a paver patio and a stone retaining wall. There attention to detail is second to none. My heart is in my garden and TDH exceeded my expectations.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL -- I met with Nathan in early Spring and they promised to have my landscape design started within 60 days. I waited and called them 60 days later. They now tell me they cannot even start my design for at least 3 more months. They completely wasted my time and we will miss the season. If you want something done on-time, then do not use this company. I wish they were a company that actually kept their promises.
