Very professional service and courteous staff. I needed an underground location of the septic box and the distribution tubes that feed out to the leach field. My property had deep snow which hindered the GPR location of the distribution tubes. Needless to say the job that was done, only determined partial location. I would recommend this service to locate underground septic equipment, but not when deep snow is present.

I hired TCE to conduct a boundary survey and they were extremely professional, transparent, and easy to work with. A tech came over from Trudell to locate a manhole cover with home owners instructing him where they though it was. He went all over with his metal detector except where it was suspected to be. Wasted so much time that the HOA had to pay for. Totally unprofessional. Finally found it in the area suspected. HOA was probably charged $1k. I could have found it in 10 minutes with a $100 metal detector. Contractors are so dishonest.

My wife and I were in the process of selling our home and when we had our septic tank emptied for the buyers, the septic company found an issue with our septic tank and they attempted to get us to install an entire new system after saying our system had failed. The septic company didn't attempt to analyze the system to see if it could actually be fixed. We called TCE and spoke with Amanda, one of the engineers there. Her professionalism, knowledge and honesty made us realize the system could be fixed and she actually was able to fix the system. I would recommend Amanda and TCE to anyone that wants an honest assessment of the job and quality work.
