TCD Construction is the very best custom home builder on Lake Gaston. Tommy and Liz built our house in 2018 and we couldn't be happier with the build quality and workmanship. After 5 years our home still looks fantastic. We've had no issue to date. The build was done at a very fair cost with no surprises during the build. They were very flexible in the construction process, allowing many changes, upgrades and modifications without change fees. Tommy and Liz were very knowledgeable and helpful in steering us in the right direction with build decisions. Also the ability to provide our own lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, vanities allowed us to customize our home without going to a design center with inflated pricing. This saved us thousands of dollars overall. I would trust them to build a new house for us again without hesitation.
