After looking for many years, in May 2021, my family and I were lucky enough to find Taylorbilt Homes, Inc., a locally-owned quality custom home builder here in Harford County, Maryland. From helping us find our beautiful property to helping us design our home to be the best fit for our family, Cyndi was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Every time we had a question, concern or wanted to make a change, Cyndi was there to help. She offered design suggestions that really helped guide us to figure out what we were looking for in a custom home.

During the building process, Cyndi provided us with regular updates and Taylor was onsite to oversee the construction. Cyndi was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. When we stopped by to check on the construction progress, the work site was neat and orderly, something you wouldn’t expect from a homebuilder. Taylor would spend time with us on site and never made it seem like he was in a rush, even though he probably was. From the superior materials, like using Superior Walls for our foundation, to the local, reliable subcontractors that were utilized, we knew we had found a builder that prides himself on quality workmanship.

Although the process of building a custom home is stressful, Cyndi and Taylor were easy to work with, kept on schedule (even in these difficult times) and did a wonderful job at making the process a great overall experience. We would not hesitate to work with Taylorbilt Homes again or recommend them to others who are looking for a quality-built home.

Taylorbilt has been on top of everything from our very first email inquiring to see if they could build us a house within our budget. After the first email, we met and discussed what we were looking for an immediately we knew that this is who we wanted to build our forever home! My husband and I went into this never building a house before so we were a bit intimidated. Cyndi put our minds at ease and is very responsive to any questions we have. She let us know when they were ready for us to meet with subcontractors to pick out cabinets, flooring, etc.. All of the subcontractors they use are local and very responsive and professional as well. Taylor has been very helpful on site with his recommendations when we met for electrical work! The workmanship is OUTSTANDING!! We have been able to stay within our budget and still have a great constructed house. My husband and I would recommend Taylorbilt without a doubt!!
