I can't say enough good words about Tammi! We bought our house last year and we were first home buyers. Tammi made sure to explain everything so well and always make sure we knew everything that was going on. She doesn't hide anything! We started looking for a house during a really crazy time for home buying but Tammi made it run so smooth! She only took us to houses that we could afford and managed to help us find our perfect home on the first day of looking at houses. Tammi has tons of experience. She is good at noticing the big and little issues when you are looking at buying a house. Her expert eye saved us a ton of trouble. Her efforts helped us find a high quality beautiful house, well priced, in a great neighborhood!
Also she knows the market vet well and sold our home in just a couple of weeks in a very tough market. If we move again, I will use Tammi as our realtor!

First off Tammi is Amazing! She always has your best interests at heart, but is also willing to make sure you understand the realities of housing markets. She's also great with kids. We've used tammi for 3 purchases and for selling 2 houses. We will definitely be using her again if we need to sell or buy again. We definitely recommend her for all your housing needs!

Tammi is excellent at helping you get the most from your Real Estate experience. Tammi took my asking price up $25,000 from our initial price discussions - much more than I thought it would go for - and still sold within 30 days. We accomplished 3 transactions - We sold 2 houses and bought 1. She doesn't just put a sign in your front yard and disappear. Tammi has relationships with House cleaners, Painters, and other services. If needed, she and her husband will haul bark in to fill in a flower bed, they have a dump trailer for the stuff you aren't taking with you - Maybe you need help trimming flowers?
When my across-the-street saw how involved Tammi was with helping me they decided to sell their home with her.

I have never met anyone as kind and passionate as Tammi!!! She made the selling process so easy! She had my house cleaned for me. She pet sat for me during showings when we couldn’t get out of work, and she worked so hard to help us have a wonderful experience! This was our third time purchasing a home and second time selling with Tammi. Obviously she is fantastic! She is very patient, kind, and great at paying attention to details. She is great at explaining how the home selling and purchasing process works and makes sure you understand everything going on. She is also super fun to work with and great with kids!
