Travis came very highly recommended to me from a friend. Even still, I got a few quotes with other companies/contractors and Travis beat them all by several thousand dollars. On top of that, his subcontractors were all excellent and did an amazing job and the entire job was finished within a month and a half, so very very fast! Travis was also willing to work with me on things if any concerns arose, and he helped cover the cost of a few items that weren't originally on the list which was nice. I'm definitely glad I went with Travis and I've included some pics of the finished basement (I'll replace them with better more professional looking pics hopefully soon).

We contacted Travis after seeing some work he did on a complicated basement for a neighbor. Ours was a simple project. Travis was very responsive to our request. Came and did a bid and got the quote back to us quickly. He helped us work through the financial side of things.

Travis works quickly and wants to get started on the project. Once everything was finalized he had his people there quickly. I wish I would have slowed down and made sure all the details were clear before moving forward. Nothing major was missed, but we had to make some adjustments when we wanted two tone paint to match upstairs and when we requested additional outlets and lights in the basement. It would have just been nice to have a more solid price upfront, but the additional cost was very reasonable.

Travis generally let us know the day before a team would show up. That made it very easy know what was going on and to be ready for them.

Overall, we're very happy with the project and are excited to have our basement finally finished!

He did a custom kitchenette for us based on a picture we shared with him. It turned out fabulous. We absolutely love our finished basement. It blends in with the upstairs perfectly. We just wrapped up our basement project with T Miller Construction and couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out.

Travis, was great to work with. He came out the first day we called him and gave us a fair price. He communicated really well throughout the whole process. Anytime we had any questions, he was quick to respond. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

All of the subs were very professional and provided high quality work. One group would come in, finish their job, clean up then the next group would come in. This continued almost every day until our basement was finished. Our turnaround time was 35 days, even with our project happening during the holidays. Travis has his process down and runs an efficient schedule.

We’re so glad we can finally use our new space to make great memories. If you are looking to get your basement finished, we would highly recommend using Travis.

We moved into a new home and wanted to get the basement finished quickly. Travis and his subs did a great job at a competitive price. He communicated with us a LOT while bidding, and this carried on through construction, texting just about every day so we'd know what to expect, and checking on how things were looking to us. We were impressed that they had something progressing nearly every day... scheduling subcontractors is difficult in today's market. They were quick to come back and fix a couple minor things that weren't done quite how we'd asked or expected. They met the schedule Travis committed to, finishing a large basement in 2 months.
