Terry has designed and overseen two
projects for us: a beautiful 2 car garage with a second floor one bedroom apartment and a beautiful new screened porch including seamlessly enclosing the old screen porch to create a wonderful morning room with lots of windows and details to match existing details in our house.

Terry's design work is classic and timeless. I don't mean to imply it's all historic restoration, for Terry can do quite bold work. It is the high quality of the finished product which will prove itself over and over to be a classic, and timeless for the homeowner. IT's not going to be a passing trend which one regrets shortly after project completion. Instead, I find that I fall more and more in aloe with what Terry designed for us. It's as if he knows what we envision before we find words to describe what we want. There are two of Terry's designs side by side on our street, and they couldn't look more different from one another. There's no copy cat work being done here. Each project is a new creation, uniquely and spectacularly your imprint. But oh so classic and timeless. I can literally walk my neighborhood of Eastport and point out his work--it stands heads and shoulders above the rest in quality, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and usefulness. Not one extra ornamental useless add-on. Just great design that gets better the more it is lived in and loved.
