Estela and crew did an amazing job with our pool decking. They were very responsive and easy to work with, providing the service they were contracted for. Project manager Estela was very involved throughout the project ensuring the quality and making sure things were going as planned. We rent our pool out on Swimply, so this new decking is definitely a great upgrade and sure to bring hours of enjoyment to us and our renters for years to come. Very happy with the entire process. We had a long walkway, sitting patio areas, sitting walls and decomposed granite installed. The job was completed in 4 days! There were a few things we needed changed or fixed ie: decomposed granite needed more compacting and there was zero stall or hesitation on coming out to address our concerns. There is one worker named Roger who needs to be moved up to "landscape designer" because he has an eye for that. This crew worked hard and long days! We were happy to have water, cold drinks, lunch and snacks for them daily. I wish all customers took care of them that way! Thank you so much, System Pavers, Daniel, Estella, Rayna and the crew for a wonderful job well done!!! This was the second time working with System Pavers for phase 2 and we will be back for phase 3, 4 and 5!!!

I got two new patios from System Pavers. They demolished my old cement patio plus used a back hoe to level parts of the backyard. They finished the job in 2 days and the bricks looked great. I loved my new patio but it didn’t look quite right. I felt like it didn’t look finished, it went from brick to grass very abruptly. It didn’t feel relaxing. I contacted the manager and he sent a crew back out to fix it. They added a design to the edge and it made a huge difference. I love my new patios and I look forward to many years of partying with my friends.

Just had Cory and his crew from System Pavers replace our old
cement around our patio and backyard with pavers. They did an
excellent job and we now have a beautiful area off our deck and back yard sidewalk that is very pleasing to the eye. These guys worked hard and Cory kept checking on us to make sure we were happy with the work being done. This is a top rate company that we would highly recommend. System Pavers was the best choice, after much consideration, and we couldn't be more happier.
We requested to pave a section of our backyard and we wanted to see how much it would cost.
Sales Rep Aaron was very thorough, and Project Manager Estela explained everything in detail.
We asked for financing and they also supported us in that matter, and the process was very smooth.
The execution, led by Fernando and his crew was very efficient. They were in time every day, finished and picked up after themselves, very organized, and they even finished earlier.

After 15 years of dealing with a dirt lot for a backyard, which often posed fire hazards due to overgrowth (requiring maintenance which became laborious and expensive at time), I finally decided to take action.

I received quotes from four different contractors, and while System Pavers (SP) wasn't the cheapest, the value they provided was exceptional. The entire experience — the speed, quality of work, and their warranty, far exceeded my expectations.

The SP Team displayed unparalleled professionalism. Our design consultant, Mike Shanas, dedicated hours to explaining the entire process. Long before the project started, he patiently discussed color options, design considerations, and budget adjustments to ensure we were not only satisfied but also within our budget. Mike even handled all the HOA paperwork, making the process remarkably smooth. His consistent communication, feedback, and adaptability instilled confidence in the project from the outset.

When the project began, our project manager Cesar Alvarado ensured that everything ran seamlessly. He provided daily photos through the portal and made daily site visits to keep the project on track. Cesar's suggestions regarding drainage and grading for future development eased our worries as he expertly explained the reasoning behind the suggestions. Importantly, the suggestions were not presented in a pushy manner and although they increased the project cost slightly, we saw the long-term value in addressing these issues now, rather than incurring additional costs later with future development of our backyard.

Remarkably, the entire project — covering about 1000 sq ft of pavers and 1600 sq ft of turf, was completed in just six days from breaking ground to sign-off. Even though the project was fairly straightforward, this was a speedy accomplishment especially considering the upcoming holiday season, and is a testament to the professionalism of Mike and Cesar, along with the dedication of the construction team who showed up every day until the job was done.

While cost may be a consideration, remember the construction trilemma: pick two — Cost, Quality, and Speed. System Pavers delivers on all three. Even with a slightly higher cost compared to other quotes, I can highly recommend and will choose System Pavers for any future projects.
