I honestly don't know where to begin. Synergy Technical Services has exceptional customer service. It all began with a gurgle from the bathtub and toilet, sewage started backing up in our bathroom. I called Synergy and they were able to diagnose my problem and start a solution within 3 days. They had 3 men on the job for a week. My family and I were displaced for the entire time because we had no sewage to the entire house. They dug down like 3 feet to find my existing pipe spanning 30ft across my house. Did I mention my house sits on a concrete slab😳. I cannot thank them enough for the quality of work their team provided and the time they spent helping me. It's hard to find a company like this anymore. I would highly recommend them and use their services again, but hopefully I won't need too!

Absolutely do not use this company. I hired them for a big job which wasn’t fully completed. Not to mention, they arrived to my house with fully intact dry wall and left my drywall in literal pieces (see photo). I also found that they took it upon themselves to write on my walls in my garage (see photo). I called and left multiple messages but never heard back from them. The main electrician was condescending and insisted he and his men couldn’t rewire a light for me.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the service I received from Synergy. They went above and beyond to help me with my AC problem. I’m not sure if I should share this. But it is some the that really struck me. The technician’s helper that was scheduled to come over and replaced my AC unit ran into some personal problems and wasn’t able to come in. Instead of canceling the appointment and make me wait another weekend the tech had a couple of the guys bring him the equipment and he installed the hole system his self. That shows me that they care about their customers time and wellbeing. I was so grateful for his efforts. The installation was done professionally and neat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Great job guys!!!!

My AC went out upstairs when it was 90 degrees plus outside. I called Synergy at 4 PM. They were here the next early afternoon. It was a great turnaround time given how busy I am sure the industry is around this time of year.

Ryan showed up and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part of the local distributor. He came back and installed it the following day. He had to take a part back to the shop to get special supplies to remove it from the casing. That was nice to see that he went above and beyond to solve the problem that day. He fixed the issue that day, and we were very grateful.

The only surprising part of the job is that the quote comes out with very little detail. I came to know this is done on purpose just in case the job ends up taking longer than expected, then the customer still pays the initial quote. I think it is common in the industry, so it doesn't bother me much.

We will use Synergy again in the future.

I can not say enough good things about clean air technologies. Their staff was courteous, punctual, and considerate in replacing my system as well as the maintenance they perform. They kept my old system going and did not press me for a new one until I knew it was time offering guidance and not trying to take me to the cleaners along the way. The price was fair and they took the time to do it right! I will continue to use them for maintaining my system and any other mechanical needs. Everyone that I have recommended them to from neighbors to family have all been pleased. Thank you to Jeff and his staff for outstanding service and offering a quality product!

I was working with a warranty company to replace my water heater which was located in the attic ...at first was told would have to relocate it and would bring a heavy coat for me out of pocket. Mike and a partner were able to creatively make a way for it to happen and saved me $1200 -saved the day!! Mike was extremely helpful, very professional, communicative and followed through...I couldn’t thank him enough. 1st experience with Clean Air and totally satisfied -highly recommend them!

This company was very quick to respond to my request for a maintenance visit for my HVAC systems. Shane was very professional and helpful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when he found that a part was needed he returned less than 24 hours later to install it. I am confident that my systems are now operating as well and efficiently as possible. I will be signing up for an annual maintenance agreement with them and intend to have them install their clean air technology in my house to keep it as allergen free as possible.
