We thoroughly enjoyed the home building process with Symphony Homes from start to finish. Our sales agent Carolee made the whole process easy to navigate, and she had great suggestions along the way that definitely improved the design of our house. Her communication during the whole process was really helpful.

Symphony’s design studio is really well laid out - it was super helpful to see so many of the available options, styles, materials, colors, etc. Liz at the design studio is a pro and really helped us throughout the design process to select options that fit the style we were looking for, as well as have us consider some things that made the house much better.

Josh the construction superintendent did a great job managing the build process and the subcontractors. He kept ahead of schedule while ensuring quality construction. During our final walkthrough before closing, there were only a few minor items that needed to be addressed, and he had those few items all taken care of before closing.

We have a wonderful house in a beautiful location - we are really happy with our decision to build with Symphony

I love my Symphony home! I was fortunate to find Brett Cherry as my sales representative.
His knowledge on the home models that were available, the lots and what would best meet my needs was invaluable. His assistance didn't stop when I signed the papers to purchase. I was an out of state buyer and between my trips to Utah, Brett kept me updated on the progress and sent me photos as the house was being built! Brett was always my first call with questions. My overall experience was excellent from the beginning of choosing a Symphony home, having the best sales representative Brett, and watching my home being built and now living in my beautiful home.

We considered moving several times the past few years but didn't find the right situation for us until we came across the lot we bought/built with Symphony. Carolee was wonderful to work with. She helped us feel comfortable making the decision to build with Symphony and supported us throughout our process from contract to design to building to closing. We worked with Liz in design. She was consistently helpful, responsive and enjoyable to work with. We always felt she had our best interest at heart. Logan was our construction superintendent. He has always been available, thorough, and great to address questions and concerns in the construction process. Overall, we greatly appreciated everyone we worked with and are very happy with our new home.

We were very impressed with everything about Symphony. Everyone that works there is super nice and very helpful. They provided excellent recommendations as we made changes to the floor plan to fit our needs, were very helpful in the design center and had so many options that came included. We are super happy with our home and they did a wonderful job on it. 10/10 would recommend building with Symphony. My brother in law was very impressed with Symphony as he compared them to a different builder they used when moving in a few months ahead of us.
