Disappointing first time home buyer experience. I third of a million dollar house with low quality contractors, low attention to detail. Stucco is bowed throughout, not flush at the base where walls connect, concrete foundation missing chunks in the corners, framing not aligned at the garage door, countertops coming undone, and much more. Very messy work. Requested repairs since July and now September but nothing getting done. Contractors will look at their bad quality and act like nothing's wrong just to be in and out. The plus is the large lots and tranquility but if you compare to other builders in the area, it just isn't up to par.

Beautiful homes with larger homesites. Prices are great for all the quality and upgrades that are included. Sales agents Corina and John were very helpful with helping me learn how buying a new home is beneficial right now because the builder is buying down my interest rate. Sycamore Vista is new and growing development. Our builder rep Corina Gomez is amazing. She spent countless hours with us going over plans, showing homes and learning the uniqueness of our needs. The home we finally settled on a Cali model, was still in construction,. What a privilege to watch our home take shape. Corine was there to answer questions and keep us encouraged. During the process we met Austin our Site Supervisor. He is a wealth of knowledge and patience's. He explained so many details and amenities of the home and development. When it was time to do the final inspection, Austin was so patient with us as we checked inside and out. He then rallied the tradesmen workers to complete the items that we had marked for repair. On our take ownership day, both Corina and Austin made sure we were happy with our new home, and that our needs were met. What a great team. Thank you both so very much.
