Susanna is amazing!! Going into this process I thought I knew what a realtor does for me as a client.. I did not!! She pulls out every stop and leaves no stone unturned. Susanna helped me from the very beginning to prepare the property for sale, staging, as well as, advising me on what needed to be done and then the listing was an A+++++
Little did I know, that was just the beginning. Once the offers started coming in she shined as a master negotiator upholding my interest and provided support to reach an outcome faster and better than I had dreamed. Susanna truly is the most professional, hardest working and result driven realtor I have ever seen. There is no choice to be made, if you need a realtor, sign with her as fast as you can!!!

Susanna Gentry was wonderful to work with especially as a first time home buyer. She found us our perfect family home on our first trip out, and was incredibly knowledgeable when touring. Susanna walked us through every step and always responded promptly when we had any questions. When we were in our negotiation period she got us the best deal possible which was $5k from our seller at closing and 1 year home warranty. Even things outside her realm of duties Susanna went out of her way to help and explain. Whenever we are looking for our next house or have a friend or family member looking I will be referring them all to Susanna Gentry. She really does go above and beyond.

Susanna was literally an angel when it came to buying my new home and then selling my old one! She cared about me and what I was going through and what I needed/ wanted in a new home that the first one she showed me was it. She was responsive and timely in everything and offered to help more than some of my own friends and family did when it came to moving day. I listed the house I moved out of with her as well and after great help and advice it was under contract in 4 days!!
