During and after construction, the Project Manager/General Contractor, Mr. Brent Baxter was and still is a great person to work with and is considered a good friend. Spencer who manages just about everything after we moved in, is fantastic with getting us any answers we need. Absolutely great people to work with. Great location, Great home.

The seller’s agent will corner you into working with their preferred lender, Alex. Don’t fall for it there are so many hidden fees and you will feel manipulated into working with him. I don’t think the agent representing Sunwood Homes knows what she’s doing/realizes things they are doing are illegal.

As a Realtor, it is nice to see quality construction. The homes in Sunwood have nice finishes and some models have great views. I would recommend taking your clients to see these models, while they last.
