Have rented a couple times and waited almost an hour in the parking lot to get loaded this time with several others waiting that came after me. That was after I had stated the “timer” on the rental since I’d already checked out. Tool didn’t work for the job and I was back there an hour later to drop it off and got charged $80 for a tool that didn’t do the job. That was my 2 hr rental charge even though I literally drove 5 min away and connected the tool and when it didn’t work loaded it and brought it right back. That’s happened to me a couple of times there now. They should have given a credit towards a different tool that would work or not charged me. I had called earlier to make sure it was ready to go when I got there just after opening so I didn’t have to waste time and the person loading didn’t even know what I was there for: Taking an hour to load me up and doing that during the time of the rental is frustrating.

Edit after reply by business: I understand the reason for the policy and minimum, I just wish they would have told me that the tool I was going to try wouldn't work and would have suggested something else. I also did not get any help chaining down the attachment. I would have appreciated better service and the staff providing suggestions or at least offering up solutions when I came to return the tool instead of just taking my money and literally saying nothing else. Simply offering to help me by suggesting a different machine and that they could help me with that would have avoided my negative review to begin with. I do appreciate the fact the responded to the review quickly though and hope that in the future I will get better service.

Very friendly staff for sure. I rented a mounted core drill and they where super helpful with everything. The only issue I had was they didnt have the right size drop in anchors for the core drill which was a bummer. I rented it for 4 hours and didnt use it at all. I informed the staff there and they refunded my rental and where very apologetic about the situation.
All in all, super friendly, super understanding, willing to work with you to help you out
For any heavy equipment and tools, I would be comfortable sending one of my family members there for sure!

One of the best experiences I've had - I had an emergency after hours and on a Holiday weekend. Not only did they return my call but they listened to my situation and they made calls to a number of employees that could resolve my emergency. Needless to say they delivered a machine within 30 minutes and I was able to resolve the situation. They have world class customer service and equipment. Their machinery is well maintained and reliable. Family run business on family values. I would recommend them to everyone!

This place is the definition of a one-star business. I had a ride-on Ryan lawn aerator reserved here since Monday, because the Provo Sunbelt location didn't have a big ride-on aerator, only a smaller walk-behind one. I also added a trailer to the rental later in the week.

Come today (4/14) at 4:30, the time for both of my reservations, I drove 45 minutes up all the way from Alpine to Heber, in the middle of a snowstorm, and was told that "we don't have your reservation." I literally called THIS MORNING to verify that my reservation was there! Pure incompetence. None of the four employees there would tell me if they were the one that was talking to me over the phone, which made things even better. I just told them that it was fine, let me rent the aerator right now. They told me that it is "still being used by the previous renter" and declined to help me any further or get another reservation made. This is the worst Sunbelt location I have ever been to, and the employees are absolutely incompetent.

Run as fast as you can! I will NEVER come back to this location.

The equipment worked great. The guys who work the yard were great. The problem is that I was charged considerably more then I was quoted over the phone. And after I returned the equipment I noticed days later another charge on my card that was never mentioned by anyone. I called and was told it was a standard charge for blade use. Probably worth mentioning the blade sustained minimal wear. After all said and done I paid at least double what I was quoted over the phone.
