I reached out to Karen Basso November 30th 2024. she never got back a hold of me. I finally reached out again February 28th 2025 an which she finally answered an was very Rude and Unprofessional on the phone , in my own Opinion I recommend not renting or buying from a individual who is like this, Thank you.

The worst property managers ever! I have rented from many different managers. I set automatic rent payments from my checking account and always take good care of the homes i rent. I expect the manager to respond within at least a few days when I put in a maintenance request. The sewage backed up twice because of tree roots in the two years we were there. Both times they ignored our calls for at least 2 days. Average response time was about a week. For 18 months at least part of a bathroom didn't function. A toilet was out of commission for a few weeks. A sink wasn't functional for 2 months. Two bathtubs had constant drips and when one of them got so bad that it was running instead of dripping, they simply turned off the hot water to that bathtub for over a year. I called and notified them that we would be moving the following month, giving them 32 days notice. The contract required 30 days. After thoroughly cleaning the house, I turned in my key and asked for my security deposit back. At that time they informed me that I had not given them notice, because it wasn't in writing. They didn't mention that when I called. They took photos of the house exactly how I left it (no further cleaning required) and they still haven't returned my deposit. Do NOT rent from them!

Tried to contact after they call to schedule a showing. Drove from out of state, stayed with family for a few days thinking I could get in to see the property. We called and left messages for multiple days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday with no response and no return call. Website show they are open until 5 pm.

Calling Karen a landlord is like calling a politician or lawyer trustworthy. She will take your money for sure and make your life awful but she won’t do a thing to make it better. Leaky sink? Fix it yourself. Washer and dryer hookups that were advertised didn’t work and then the “landlord” never got it fixed. We were told there was air conditioning and there was none and in the summer it would reach the 80s and 90s easily. Rent was super expensive you would think when charging that much Karen could have the common decency to do the bare minimum a landlord could do. If you want to rent from her don’t expect a deposit back, don’t expect maintenance to get done, don’t expect it to be cleaned when you move in but expect to pay out of pocket for cleaners once you move out. Go anywhere but here for your and your family’s sake.

Wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home! And now I have keys! Thank you Karen! You will never fully understand how much this means to me and my family!

Renting from this “real estate company” was easily the worst experience of my life we were told our apartment had air conditioning, it didn’t. We had to buy two air conditioners for the windows since the apartment in the summer would be anywhere from 90-over 100 degrees. We were told the apartment had washer and dryer hookups and so we assumed it had hookups that worked. We got a washer and dryer and hooked them up and found out the hookups didn’t work. They had their maintenance guy look at it and he said nothing I can do I’ll call a plumber (they never did). Karen would come through the apartment twice a month at least. Worst experience ever, if you want to rent from somewhere don’t rent from her. Also many of the good reviews are from spouses of people that work here so don’t trust all of them.

They were the only place in Price that actually returned my calls. Also the only place that allowed pets.

They also let me pay a fraction of the early-vacate fee since I was upfront and communicated my plans to them.

If I had to live in Price UT again (I wont), I'd have to rent from Sun Somewhere.
