While discussing a piece of property I wished to purchase I suddenly found myself in a one sided conversation. The listing agent never got back to me and months later seemingly found someone else interested in purchasing the property as it’s now accepting back up offers. I have reached out numerous times and always get the cold shoulder but signed up for their countless new listings emails everyday without my consent.

I own property between two lots that have been or are currently listed with Sothebys Moab. Even though I have not given consent for my home to be included in these listings, the latest listing has a total of 29 photos in which my home and property are pictured in 17 of them. I have respectfully asked that those photos be edited to crop my property out, but I was told that it is legal for them to photograph neighboring properties without consent of the neighboring property owners. What is legal and what is ethical are two different things. Too bad when given the opportunity, the listing agents decided not to do the ethical thing. I am not impressed.

Becky Wells recently handled my house sale in Moab. I was away from town most of the time and Becky’s hard work and professionalism made the process much easier than I could have imagined. She is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and accurately predicted every complication that arose and managed them ahead of time to prevent any delays. She hired a professional photographer who made my house look great and used an online service to transmit and sign paperwork in as efficient and easy a manner as possible. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Thanks for everything.

Our recent home purchase was the second real estate transaction in Moab that Becky Wells has assisted us with. We were very pleased with her service and also the help from Byrd & Company office staff.

Becky Wells and the team at Byrd & Co helped me secure my “leap of faith/I cannot believe I’m doing this but there is something very special about this property” property!!! I am based in Denver and she in Moab but you would never have known it by the ease and efficiency of our work together.

I knew next to nothing about purchasing or owning raw land. I tried to learn as much as I could from the listing agent but had a difficult time reaching them and staying in touch with them. Lexie Dalton was our purchasing agent and was great! We were in Moab on vacation with no intention of buying anything, liked being there, so made a cold call to a random agency (Byrd) and it was total chance and good luck that Lexie was the first available.
