As an agent, it's refreshing to promote a community that not only has incredible features (views, trails, wildlife) and amenities (clubhouse, pool, pickle ball) but also has a developer who cares about the opinions of the residents and takes them into consideration when crafting future phases. It's top notch community building! Of course it goes without saying that builders have built some of the most incredible homes in all of Utah here. Many rival homes built in Park City!

Hidden gem! We own a lot here at Summit Creek, getting ready to build and we absolutely can’t wait! Some things that attracted us to this particular development vs others in and around Woodland Hills, Salem etc. are:
-Location, sitting above every other development with a wildlife corridor in our back yard.
-Accommodations, from the trail/bike system to the amazing pools, pickleball courts, community center fully equipped for a workout session or a family reunion venue
-Proximity to grocery stores, hospital and schools. We are far enough removed to not have any noise pollution yet close enough to anything we might need. Best of both worlds!
-Strict CC&Rs, this is a plus for us!

We love Summit Creek. We moved from out of state a few years ago and once we found Summit Creek we knew it was the place for us. Tucked into the serene mountainside and only fifteen minutes from stores like Costco and Target, Summit Creek offers the best of both worlds…mountain living and convenience. No matter the season, spectacular views are in every direction. The amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse, trails, and pickleball courts) are so fun, especially the heated pool at Christmastime. We love our neighbors…this is truly a gem of a neighborhood!

We came to Utah to find a place to build our forever home. And after driving around the beautiful Utah County, we fell in love with Summit Creek. What is not to love? However, we were looking at just a nice place with views, Nancy's and Tyler' warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. Becoming an intricate part of our decision. Now can't wait to move in.
