Summer is such a great person to work with. She really understand our true desire of what type of property we are looking for and what kind of features are not our preference.

What we really liked is you fell she is always there when you need her help. There is one time, we are on a trip, I sent her a text message at 6:30AM in the morning and said we hope to see few houses around 9:30AM same day. She responded in few minutes and made all arrangements. By the time we arrived Santa Barbara we were able to see all the houses.

It is such a good experience working with Summer. If someday in the future, we need help from a real estate agent in Santa Barbara area, we will definitely go back to her.
