The only thing this company is good at is lying and stalling. Never trust this developer. They have the audacity to take customer's money and then treat them as slaves and talk crap. If you try to connect then they will always be not reachable due to any stupid reason and if you try to meet up at their office then they will make you sit for hours and then deny meeting.

Do not invest in any property associated with this builder. Most of their projects are stuck and are heading towards large scale legal disputes. I've invested in the Sumer Life Casa project which has paused construction for over 2 years now and there appears to be no communication from the company and their representatives. Even the director has absconded and is refraining from meeting customers directly which is a major red flag.

Requesting everyone to not buy flat in sumer life we too regret after buying a flat over here. As it happens 2 years but still no work have been done we are still waiting for our house their work is just to say that the work will start next month but still no results arrived so don't buy flats in sumer

Worst company to work with. They have no work ethics. Purchase guys always give fake commitments for payment. My payment is stuck on there prabhadevi site from last April (2022) but there are only fake commitments from Mr T…..
such people and companies should be banned from doing business.. troubling poor vendors

Absolutely pathetic! Its been almost 2 years and no work has been done at the Sumer Life Chandivali site. Every time you meet the guys, they have the same answer, work will start from next month. The most unethical group of people, dont ever fall for the trap.

Have booked a flat in 2016 through Sumer Radius developers, till date work on site has not started , have paid a huge amount almost 50% of the flat cost but yet no where are the builders and directors to be seen. Mr Sanjay chabbaria is in jail and sumer developers are being questioned by ED. We need help as we are all tensed.
