Before you buy home at this place ask the people around about this place !

1 pool for 300 family's
2 tiny Kids play ground and no green area or place for the kids to play around .
3-HOA so high for no Facilities or services
4- the sidewalk and the surrounding never get cleaned
5- you can't park your car in the street parking or any other not assigned parking if you do need $200 parking pass

6- You need to pay Melrose on your tax but you can't park on the Temecula city street next to your home .

7- no pest control or cleaning and so many Mice's

HOA is horrible wanted just to keep making money without any cleaning or organizing the place .

No street parking which is city Temecula street build by by our tax Melrose money

$200 me for street parking and a lot of conditions after paying .

One pool for so many families and only small play ground not enough for 5% of the kids .

The sales team recently bought condos at Heirloom Farms and they harass you and try to act like they own the common areas. I have had several instances where one of the sales team member has recorded me and has attempted to degrade me for insignificant actions; such as, saving a spot by the pool or staying 15min past pool hours.

Meritage Sales team member Samantha Bishops sense of entitlement and her obnoxious demeanor makes it uncomfortable to live at Heirloom Farms. If you are trying to avoid a “Karen” type or someone looking out of her balcony window at all times of the night to record you or to “catch you”, please be aware.

I am not the first person it has happened to I am the first to report it. Please reach out for videos or pictures of her “Karen” type behavior.

All I can say is that the sales is great and they really take care of you until they sell the house to you. Once the escrow is closed , good luck. You are on your own.

Bought home in this location.
It's very poor quality, from the first day the A/C is not working and it took them 1 month to open the wall and try to seal the leaked in the pipes.
The wires on the wall dis connected
The wall plugs very cheap abd never easy to plug in it .

The electric outlet brakers keep failing as can't bundle the refrigerator .

And a lot more !!

The worst part is the HOA so expensive for nothing 1 pool for 100 homes no privacy no quality .

The customer service never care .

The houses have absolutely no backyard, maybe 4 feet from back door to the fence. Absolutely ridiculous.
