They listened carefully to my buyer from planning to completion. They communicated with us each step of the way! Our home inspector even said it's one of the best homes in terms of quality that he's inspected for new construction! I researched many of the local homebuilders to St. George/Washington area and Sullivan was always the one that I kept coming back to. Everyone who I talked to who had built with Sullivan couldn’t recommend them enough. I ended up building a home with Sullivan from the ground up, and it was an awesome experience. Shannon was excellent and so insightful through the process of selecting a plan, lot, sorting through details etc, the design team was so thorough and helpful with recommendations and helping find the style that I wanted within my budget, and Don was excellent through the building process. The final product is amazing, I have a beautiful home and definitely going to use Sullivan homes for future builds.

I highly suggest doing your research and look past all the positive reviews. This builder is HORRIBLE all around. The only positive point in our build (which lasted over a year) was signing a contract. From there it was a nightmare! From the salesperson, Brandy, to Dustin our project manager (not sure how he has a job in construction?) to Shaun himself, they are all sketchy (to put it nicely). I will try to keep this short. During our nightmare of a build each one listed above threatened to take our house if we questioned or complained about how or lack thereof the build was going. Dustin is completely incompetent. From putting on the wrong elevation (no idea how this happens) to claiming items were stolen (no proof of this) to his overall lack of oversee on our home was poor at best. Shaun's greed and total lack of caring for anything (especially his clients) besides money is amazing. He chose to raise prices a couple of times (on a fixed priced contract) and claims it's because he will go broke (yet he takes his employees to Mexico yearly) and switched materials for cheaper ones. I could go on and on. If you do decide to go with this builder, get a lawyer on standby. Good luck.

Update, 2 years later and we had so many problems with the house. Sullivan is horrendous to work with and we ended up with sub-par construction.

The builder (even though we never met him personally) was just as kind and caring. The bottom line is we have never had as good as of an experience than we did with Sullivan. We spent a year or more trying to pick a builder and location to build our new home. A friend had recommended we look at Sullivan homes as a possible option. After meeting with a number of agents and walking though Model homes for various builders, we did ultimately decide on Sullivan as our builder.

Building a home was very stressful for my family, especially during the pandemic. The staff at Sullivan made it much easier for us. I cant say enough about them. It wasnt just the people we were directly working with. I had to interact with lots of other staff at sullivan homes and they were all great. It really speaks to their company's culture and attitude.

We were lucky enough to have Shannon as our agent and she is the best. She was extremely patient, kind, helpful, and quite thorough during the entire process. I cant say enough things about her. I just recommend her. Candice was our design coordinator. She is amazing as well. She wont lead you astray. She was always willing to work with us on anything we asked. Jordan was our general, he really worked as an advocate for us. He made himself avail for questions at odd hours and was completely great to work with. He went out of his way to help us.

I'm very pleased with the build quality and finished product. We love our home. The last thing to mention is integrity that Sullivan homes has. Our home plan called for a number of changes. As with all thing, not everything goes perfectly, but Sullivan always kept their word. They made things right by us during each step of the build process. I knew of many other people that received an additional bill for $10k + from other builders, but Sullivan never did that to us. They kept by our original agreement and costs. I think that speaks volumes about Shaun Sullivan the owner.

I recommend Sullivan homes for anyone looking to build. They are very adaptable, patient, and always willing to work with the homeowner. I love our home and am glad I went with them.

We had a really exceptional experience building with Sullivan Homes. The cost of the home was great considering all the upgrades that came standard. It really was a quality build. Anna was super helpful. she helped up figure out what we wanted in the design department. Since our home has been completed they have been fairly quick to fix the issues. I would totally build with them again.
