Be careful. What they told you at the beginning is not true. We asked them to help to build our house. They were not able to get the approval from the city and started to ask the extra fee to revise the work.

We ended the contract and ask the other architect. The new architect passed the city review in one time, no issue, and much cheaper than this office.

They just want to charge extra money for any reason, or they don't know how to pass the city's review well.

Update: Clearly Eugene doesn't remember at all, and doesn't know how to deal with a negative review.
