Massive roach problem, drug activity goes unchecked even though property management KNOWS ABOUT IT. The water heater doesn't even work half the time. Worst place I've ever lived, and I've been homeless before.

It's a cool place but a lot of problems with room having bed bugs there's dog crap everywhere cars with no tags just parked in the parking lot. Good luck to everyone who applies there.

Property managers are very nice and made the process very simple and seamless from the application to signing the lease. Good studio for a single person who doesn’t need a lot of space.
