This is my second season plowing snow for a gas station, and the these folks are pleasant on the phone and I'm able to connect phone or text, The payment is another whole story. very , slow to pay. relations have been decent ,but payment methods unacceptable.

I hereby acknowledge that a very helpful individual At SG,has listened to my concerns and frustrations and has initiated payment for past 2 months (Jan and Feb)and in an effort to make mends has fowarded payment for the Month of March 4 Days before I would even Invoice . I believe they are trying to rebuild a company name and take better care of their vendors.
I truly hope everyone Can receive that which they honestly earned.

Do a contract for them in Lakewood, NY. Payment takes longer to come up and finally found a good connect to contact about billing. Was frustrating at first but stayed true to her word and give us payment each Friday until caught up. Takes pictures after to make sure work is being done and to cover us in case anything happens there is pictures of work being done which is nice

Wonderful property management company. We did work for them this winter for snow removal, their communication was top notch. The payments were as promised.
Most of all, the customer we serviced for them was very satisfied with their leadership and our work!
Highly recommend for managing your property or working with as a vendor.
We did service in Bealeton VA and Ashburn VA and Chantilly VA between myself and my sister company affiliated!

After being contracted to cut down several trees, they cut down the WRONG TREES and removed 3 mature trees in an entirely different area. They also convinced us to spend more money on some larger shrubs and then planted stuff so small they were barely visible.

We also contracted them for snow removal at 7 different properties. On the very first snow event under contract, 6 of our properties were never cleaned.

They contract cheap subs and try to manage them from their offices in Massachusetts. After never getting the problems resolved, they terminated service with no notice. Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. Stay away.

UPDATE:

Bill, Your response is a flat out lie. We got nearly 7" of snow depending on the area. I can show you all of the emails where you said your contractors didn't show up and we spent all day on the phone where you kept saying people were coming who never came. At the end of the day you apologized for failing IN WRITING. I also have all of the documentation where you acknowledged you removed the wrong trees. Again, you apologized IN WRITING, acknowledging that the contractor did not follow the highlighted diagram that was laid out by Dana to them. Please let me know if you would like me to send you all of this again so that you can amend your response to something that is truthful and own your failures.

they reached out to us to maintain the local Belle Tire and so we have provided top quality services since april this year and submitted invoices. They will tell you up front that they pay net 30, then, when you submit invoices, they say they are net45 and that they always pay on time, well, its 4 months later and they haven't paid a dime towards any of their many invoices for mowing and/or landscaping, so, we suspended services on the local belle tire. We feel bad for anyone that does business with these folks...Just say no when they call.. unless you like your good business name tarnished

We have serviced one of the company’s account for the 2023 season. At first they were good to work with but after we sent our second bill we have had extremely poor communication on getting invoices 120+ days past paid.

Nobody will respond to calls or emails. This has been the first time we have had an issue with a management company.

As a larger commercial snow company with subcontractors ourselves we make sure all of our contractors are paid on time as they are the reason we are able to service there properties.

If you are a contractor reading this we highly recommend you consider the risk to reward.

UPDATE : We have been paid. They switched billing and had issues they told us about with the new system.

I have a real easy time with them contacting me to complete some jobs but have a real hard time getting paid on the work that I complete I mean I am still 5 month out on getting paid for salt back in Dec and my net 30 accounts are about 3 months out without any communication. Max is great but everyone else could care less.
