I have had incorrect billing at my apartment complex for four months now. I have never had such a difficult time getting in touch with someone. They never answer their phones, they never email and never call back after MULTIPLE voicemails. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a management firm. This may be the worst customer service I’ve ever received, and, working for a company who prices themselves on exactly that, it is sickening. My money is continuing to be taken out of my account incorrectly and no one cares! All I want is to talk to a human and get things set straight. I want my money back and I want someone to reach out. How can I make multiple phone calls every single day and receive nothing back? Worst experience of my life.
