As someone else already said, if the employees work the way they drive I plan to avoid them. I was nearly ran off the road on Mountain View with my 2 young children in the car due to their driver. He did not signal to move over and when I realized he was moving over but I was halfway past him I honked. Did that even phase him? Nope. He kept going over not caring. Luckily I was paying attention, unlike him, or there would have been an accident. Teach your driver(s) better before they really do cause an accident.

Our experience working with Stout Builders has been great, we are working on several projects currently and have completed many others, all with no issues. Stout Building Contractors is a company full of professionals that care about their employees, developers they work with, along with subcontractors. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and saw that the leadership at Stout is exceptional. I have nothing bad to say about this company nor their work ethic!

I have done contracting work for stout and they owe a balance after 6 months after the jobs been completed. They aren't being receptive to messages left and blame they haven't been paid. But I didnt sign up for payment 6 plus months after the jobs been completed. The processes there definitely need to be improved. I will next go to the BBB. If you are an contractor put in your contract a late expense.

This company does not pay their sub-contractors! They will approve change orders and even reissue a new contract, lien as soon as possible!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!
